Booking requests

Booking data is used to review and respond to your request. A preferred date or time is not a reservation, and closed request details are deleted after 90 days.

Optional promotions

Separately opted-in contact data may be used for the selected email or SMS promotions. Submitting a booking request alone does not add you to either promotional channel. Active marketing contacts are reviewed after 24 months of inactivity so renewed consent can be requested or the active profile can be deleted.

Opt-out suppressions are retained only to prevent further messages and preserve the minimum record needed to honor the request. The marketing list is not sold or shared for another business’s own marketing.

Service providers

Service providers process data for hosting, abuse prevention, and email delivery only as needed to support this request workflow.
