Booking requests

A booking form submission is not a confirmed appointment. No date or time is reserved until JLazo Photography confirms it directly.

Optional communications

Promotional email and SMS consent is optional. Consent is not a condition of booking, and each channel must be selected separately.

For promotional SMS, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
